Lake People MC10

The Lake People MC10 combines professional monitoring control, high quality D/A conversion, and flexible connectivity in an exceptionally compact form factor. It provides two inputs (1× USB C digital, 1× RCA analog), two line outputs (balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA), and two headphone outputs on the front panel. This makes the MC10 an ideal choice for mobile rigs, small studios, editing suites, and any environment where precise monitoring is required but space is limited.

The USB C digital input supports PCM up to 384 kHz / 32 bit and DSD up to 256. Conversion is handled by an AK4490 D/A converter, known for extremely low distortion, excellent dynamic range, and clean, detailed audio reproduction. Volume is controlled via a high grade Alps RK27 potentiometer with 41 detents, ensuring accurate and repeatable settings.

Despite its compact size, the MC10 delivers impressive power reserves. The integrated headphone amplifier drives both low impedance and high impedance headphones with authority. Internal DIP switches allow users to tailor line output levels and headphone gain to their specific workflow.

Power is supplied via USB C. For pure analog operation or to offload power from the host device, a second USB C port is available for external power.
